Therapy is important. Having your creative circle around to vent to [is important]. Massages are important, whatever you need… I do a very bad job of celebrating myself. That’s why I’m thankful for my friends and my family because they make that time. And, they force me to do it. I’m always thinking about the next thing. I’m living in the future so much, and it’s hard to stay present, but I’m finding out and believing wholeheartedly because the present is a gift. And, that is something to always celebrate.
