Bet you didn’t know that, according to Trump’s White House, our beloved Beyoncé, Jada Pinkett Smith, Chrissy Teigen, Serena Williams, and Lil Baby are considered not only to be superstars but to have a “superspreader” demographic. Also, according to Trump, Kim Kardashian’s primary demographic is “Christians,” and John Krasinski (of The
Office
fame) has “some conservative political views,” while Lin-Manuel Miranda’s political views are hard to suss out and his main demo is “Asian Americans.”

What’s this, you say?

The White House created a 34-page spreadsheet detailing what it thinks are the characteristics of superstars and who their fans might be. This is all in a failed effort to get said superstars to sign on for a Covid-19 public service announcement information campaign. Some of our favorites just said no, plain and simple.

Of the “declined” (which I read in my mind as a hell no), you have a list including: Beyoncé, Viola Davis, Selena Gomez, Dwayne Johnson, Kate Hudson, Hugh Jackman, Zoe Saldana, Sandra Oh, Sarah Paulson, Trevor Noah, and Antonio Sabato Jr.
