DEI is getting everyone paid.
It’s getting you paid your rightful option fees for your compelled service accepting the money/options in exchange for your labors and providing the only value of fiat money.

Good god. These people either know what DEI is and they’re pretending they don’t (looking at you, DeSantis), they don’t want to know, or they’re dumb as a door knob. The basic concepts have been around since the 60s though, so no excuse.
