The funny thing about fall is that it seems to sneak up out of nowhere and then suddenly it’s Halloween and suddenly it’s Thanksgiving and the to-do list for the fall and winter holidays grows long enough to cause an anxiety attack. As the Fall Equinox bears down upon us remember this: Take some time to rest. If you are feeling “off,” tired, or burned out, see about taking a day or two away from the (home) office. The work ain’t going nowhere.
