Happy Juneteenth 2023! How are you going to spend your day? I’m not sure what you’re going to do, but I’m going to celebrate Juneteenth by eating some good food and having a quiet day of rest.
Juneteenth’s actual holiday is today, June 19th, but there are Freedom celebrations scheduled before, on, and after the actual holiday. Philadelphia’s Juneteenth parade and celebration were held yesterday in grand fashion. If you missed it or you have the energy to cook or want to find something to do here are a few ideas:
