The Challenge oracle card from the Awakened Soul oracle deck by Ethony.

The cards pulled for this week’s message are oracle card Challenge and tarot card Onija Cane.

As we move closer to the end of 2022, Spirit swoops in, throwing a surge of energy our way so we can push through obstacles and confront our limitations.

Onija Cane charges at us with its fiery energy, pushing us toward courageous decisions, spontaneity, exciting opportunities, and energy that may have been lacking. If you’ve been feeling uninspired, there are possibilities for you to shake off that energy, but the biggest challenge will be taking that one step forward. However, Spirit does promise that once you take that step you will be supported with the confidence to move forward and take those next strides. This may resonate for those who’ve felt stuck regarding their passions, have been feeling lazy or uninspired, low stamina, or have allowed your challenges to get the best of you.

Spirit wants you to have your eyes on the prize this week. Envision what it would look and feel like to reach your goal. Speak as if it’s already yours and move accordingly. Onija Cane is also an innovator, a visionary; if there’s a vision that you’ve held on to, make yourself more flexible and open to new inspiration this week. You may not have met that goal because you’ve been too fixed on how to get there or what’s required of you to get there. Allow yourself to dream up new paths to get you to your destination. Be creative in your pursuit of happiness! There is no one way to get things done. In fact, a fire sign friend may have just the idea you need to propel your vision to its next phase — hey Sag, Leo and Aries!

The greatest challenge this week will be to confront the elephant in the room: giving our attention to the gruesome tasks we’ve procrastinated on or avoided. Ambitiously face these tasks so you aren’t carrying old weight/responsibilities into the new year. As a professional procrastinator, I can attest that the tasks that I dread doing and wait until the last minute to complete almost always takes 50% less…
