Coretta Scott King was NEVER a mere Supporting Character

Coretta Scott King has been coming up in conversation a lot lately. And not for the reasons she deserves.

For anyone unaware, Jonathan Majors, an actor currently embroiled in scandal referred to his current romantic partner, Meagan Good as his “Coretta”. In a recent interview aired Good Morning America where Majors discussed his trial and the verdict, when Majors mentioned Good, he said “She’s an angel. She’s held me down like a Coretta [Scott King]. I’m so blessed to have her.”

This was not the first time Majors has referred to King. Released audio from Majors and former romantic partner, Grace Jabbari, revealed Majors emphatically insisting Jabbari support him like Michelle Obama or Coretta Scott King.
