Check All Details This Week Because Your Math Needs to Math, Baby

The astrology of August 24–August 30

--

As the sun and Mercury move along in Virgo, we’re in the mood for clarity and cleanliness in every area of our lives. The math needs to math, baby. This week, we’re doing the uncomfortable work of creating, implementing, and tweaking our processes.

Monday morning, Mercury (in Virgo) has a chat with Chiron (retrograde in Aries) about adjusting the way we talk and think about the effects of toxic masculinity and violence. It can be uncomfortable to go in-depth about the ways that we have been affected by actions conducted in anger.

Later on that day, we further explore our sore points when Mars (in Aries) squares Saturn (retrograde in Capricorn). This increases the urge to build boundaries or make efforts to establish yourself as the true leader of your life. You could experience an irritation that leads to a review of your inner doubts. This is where you separate your identity from the influence of authority figures based on what you’ve accomplished. Mars and Saturn are at home in their current placements, and they’re looking to get things done. Be encouraged by the completion of the work. On a mundane level, we could see tensions rise between corporations, government, law enforcement, and the military.
