There is much discussion these days about self-care — from meditation to spa days.

I like the way Eva Marcille said it on The Tamron Hall Show. She defined spa days, including massages and nail and hair appointments, as maintenance. Self-care is about the internal care of the mind and spirit, which is accomplished through means like yoga and meditation.

Whether you’re performing maintenance or self-care, they each require time that you set aside and dedicate to do something to or for yourself.

But what things do you already have in place that remind you how worthy and valuable you are? What things do you already have in place that relax you without you having to put forth effort?

Here are some things you should have in place to cater to your beautiful, valuable, accomplished self every single day, as if you have a personal concierge treating you like you are at the Ritz Carlton.

Lingerie

Typically, when you hear lingerie, you think of the attire you wear before having sex. However, if you shop in a department store, panties and bras of all kinds are found in what is called the lingerie department.
