We want to hear from you! Publish a story on freedom for a chance to be featured in ZORA!

Write an essay, story or poem for a chance to be featured in ZORA!

Hey ZORA Fam. Independence Day is right around the corner and we want to know: What does “freedom” mean to you?

What does it mean to be truly free in America? Are all of us free when so many of us are still fighting our rights and for equality? How has your definition of freedom changed since the pandemic? Have you ever felt you were in a situation where you couldn’t get free? When in your life do you feel the most free?

We want to hear from you! Pen a poem, write a few sentences, get personal or funny. Write about your definition of freedom, publish it and tag “WriteHere” for an opportunity to have your essay featured on ZORA.
