In her fullness, this weekend the moon has shined her light on us, anchoring our heart space. Throughout the week this energy continues to dispute philosophies, belief systems, relationships that feel limiting to our growth. Libra energy wants us to connect to our hearts and consider how what we absorb deeply affects our own connection to self. Be objective in your observations and take note of how your own perspectives have been shaped around your environment and connections. New principles are surfacing to expand our consciousness, pushing us to be more intentional in our energetic exchanges.

This week I pulled 3 of Cutlass, or swords. Typically this energy reflects the sensitivities that impact us on a mental and emotional level. We’re being forced to acknowledge our inner dialogue.

What narratives have we held on to that may be keeping us complacent?

What can we do to make our energies less fixed and embrace teachings?

Are we ignoring our triggers rather than alchemizing them into a powerful lesson?

The word that came through as I pulled the Song card is repetition. What’s been replaying in your head? Is it hindering or helping you? Spirit is always reminding us of the power of our thoughts and how they shape our realities. Our consciousness materializes faster than our words; this can be a blessing or a detriment. It all depends on what your internally nurturing. Take time to think about how replaying old negative conversations, reliving our traumas and speaking to yourself with consistent judgment or shame can splinter your self perception and connection to your own self.

Song encourages us to investigate and consider the spiritual powers of sound healing and the vibrations we absorb through musical frequencies. This is the perfect time to re-evaluate the artists you’re listening to. Though we collectively seem to pick and choose when we separate the artist from their work, we can’t ignore that their own beliefs, practices, embodiments are poured into their music.
