Today is not the day for ultimatums, says ZORA resident astrologer Ashleigh D. Jay. The Leo full moon hits at 1:16 p.m. CT and might bring up some stress because “there’s so much damn work to do. Plus, we’re still processing the events of the last several weeks and years.”

Jay goes on to say that this full moon reminds us to let go of “toxic leadership.” And toxic leadership might mean something closer to you than the president of the United States.

It’s time to purge ourselves of the tyranny by being truthful about it, and not sparing our collective ego that wishes for us to be seen as precious, benevolent angels. The sooner we can stop lying to ourselves and the world about who we are, the sooner we can get on with our lives. If you’re on the verge of a breakup, use this full moon to try to make it stick (if that’s what you want).

Also, she adds, keep that notebook or note app close by today. “Document all of these brilliant ideas because you’ll need them to refer to going forward,” she writes.

Mercury retrograde is coming, too. Read the full ZORAscope here.
